（这是涅盘中文网的通知）根据国家奥运保障相关要求，配合网监处通知，相关部门在奥运期间对所有交互性论坛网站进行强制管理，以保证奥运会顺利召开，为此，涅磐中文家庭论坛修改设置如下：
1、即日起至9月17日北京残奥会闭幕，本论坛暂停新用户注册，遵照要求进行封网。
2、即日起论坛停止向游客开放帖子浏览权限，遵照要求进行封网。
3、北京奥运会期间，凡利用论坛制造反动言论、企图分裂祖国、煽动民族仇恨、破坏国家统一、破坏民族团结、制造不和谐社会因素、煽动抗拒、破坏宪法和法律、行政法规实施、捏造或者歪曲事实，散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序、违反宪法和法律行政法规、损害国家机关部门信誉、宣扬封建迷信、淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖、教唆犯罪的。一律直接删除用户ID、永久封IP段处理，严重者将举报公安机关处理。
4、上述安排仅针对2008北京奥运会、北京残奥会，其他安排将根据国家相关保障要求另行通知。
