《炁体源流》这本书我怎么看不懂,我该怎么看呢?

炁体源流是什么
一、图书《炁体源流》《炁体源流》是2012年12月1日深圳报业集团出版社出版的图书，作者是米晶子，该书记录了道藏及其他道家原典中的经典篇章，其中还配以直观形象的绘图以及精准实用的注解。二、道家文化专用词炁体源流就是将自己修炼到融合自然，炁源同流，道家讲究的道，不就是顺应天道、符合自然，炁体源流的功能是“炁化身体、同源汇流”。小说出现的炁体源流《一人之下》是从冯宝宝寻找张楚岚的故事展开，主角张楚岚之所以被牵扯进异人世界，就是因为爷爷张怀义拥有八奇技之一的炁体源流。在剧情中，宝儿姐将张怀义交给自己老农功传给了张楚岚，这是否是炁体源流，还不得而知，张楚岚也确实不会炁体源流。只有最早出现的炁体源流，还没有展现真正的能力，按照张怀义的变化和其他八奇技的特点，可以将其窥测一二。其他的七种奇技，都可以分为两段，如神机百炼的能力就是神机和百炼，神机是制造如花这种人偶，百炼则是炼器。拘灵是拘束灵体，遣将则是指挥灵体。其他也是这样，有着两种相似的能力，那么炁体源流或许也是这样。源流的意思就是同源而流，通过剧情可以知道，所有功法都是建立在“运炁”的基础上，异人体内有着炁，大自然中也有着炁，而这个“源流”的意思，很有可能就是将身体的炁与大自然的炁融会贯通，做到可以使用大自然的炁，也就是做到了无限炁。

呼吸之间的作者简介
李谨伯，生于一九二○年。银行世家出身，西南联大毕业，年轻时参加革命，为中国的解放事业屡屡出生入死。新中国成立后，曾于中共天津市委统战部、天津市财政经济委员会、第一机械工业部等部门任职。因早年忘我工作，李老于二十七岁时身患重病，幸获民间奇人用传统医术一导引布气法一救治得愈，从此开始接触中国传统文化。后四处参访明师，屡有奇遇。李老至诚学习，精心实践，得以精通道家丹道养生绝学，对佛教、密宗等亦有特别研究。曾二十多次出国讲学，在我国内地、港澳台地区及英、法、德等国政界、商界、学术界拥有众多追随者。
